We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for a new item.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns of certain types of merchandise are not permitted. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.


Other items that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not attributable to an error on our part.



Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received the returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

 


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to officially appear on your statement. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears on your statement. Sale or Promotional Items

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible.

Exchanges

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same one, please email us at bballuniverse.pro@gmail.com and send your item to: 16 RUE ARAGO, LA CHAPELLE SUR ERDRE, Loire-Atlantique, 44240, France.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will issue the refund to them, and they will therefore know that you have returned their gift.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 €, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
