Shipping policy

Basketball Universe undertakes to dispatch ordered items within 24 to 48 hours (once payment has been confirmed) from Monday to Friday; no dispatches on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will then receive an e-mail confirming shipment and the carrier's tracking number.

Delivery times then depends on the carriers indicated below:

Europe (Postal Network)

  • 101g–250g: 5,40 € EUR
  • 251g–500g: 6,90 € EUR
  • 501g–2000g: 8,90 € EUR

World (outside Europe, Postal Network)

  • 0g–100g: 9,90 € EUR
  • 101g–250g: 10,90 € EUR
  • 251g–500g: 12,90 € EUR
  • 501g–2000g: 20,90 € EUR
