Article 4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen business days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed-upon geographic area. Orders are shipped via La Poste using COLISSIMO, a tracked delivery service requiring a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only; if delivery takes longer than thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. BasketBall Universe may provide the buyer with the package’s tracking number via email. The buyer’s order is delivered to their home or to a pickup location. The buyer assumes all risks associated with shipping from the moment the items leave the premises of BasketBall Universe. The buyer is required to inspect the condition of the packaging and the contents of the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the La Poste representative or the delivery person. In the event of damage during transit, any claim must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8. Warranty

All products supplied by * BasketBall Universe are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to BasketBall Universe, which will accept the return, exchange the item, or issue a refund.
